Who's human, anyway?

When I write a comment on my sibling's blog, I am asked to type two image-words, to "prove I'm human". It seems to me (perhaps I'm the only one) that websites are getting better at recognizing my attempts to read their letter imposters.
In the past, I had to squint and fantasize about those two image-words. I'd give it my best shot, only to have two new image-words pop onto my screen with a short apology, asking me to do it again. "We're sorry, the characters you entered did not match the image. Please try again."

This has become a rarity. Websites are better at recognizing my guesses as "human". My gut reaction to this is: "could the websites please prove their NOT human for me, before I divulge my humanity?"
